The ICF credential process is rigorous — and it’s meant to be. But navigating it alone is unnecessarily hard. I’ve been through it, I mentor coaches through it, and I know exactly what ACC and PCC evaluators are looking for. If you have specific skills to develop or want dedicated personal feedback, choose the 1:1 Mentoring. You need to have completed at least one coaching training to benefit from mentoring. For The Coaching Room membership, this is the main requirement. For 1:1 Mentoring and ICF Accreditation sessions, some active coaching experience (or being currently in training) is recommended.
Absolutely — and many coaches do. For example, combining The Coaching Room membership with occasional 1:1 sessions creates a powerful combination of group learning and personalized depth.
That depends on your goals. Some coaches come for 3–5 targeted sessions to work on a specific challenge. Others stay for ongoing mentoring. We’ll discuss this on your discovery call and design an approach that makes sense for you — with no pressure to commit to a fixed package.
The ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching for both the ACC and PCC credential processes. Sessions with me count toward this requirement. I’ll help you plan your sessions efficiently so you meet ICF requirements while also genuinely developing your competencies.
Sessions can be held in English or Romanian, depending on your preference and context. ICF Accreditation mentoring is typically conducted in the language your sessions with clients are recorded in.
